2009 Submission guidelines:

- max duration 5 minutes
- Uncompressed .AVI or .MOV file
- DV or Intermediate codec
- HD accepted
- non-interlaced/progressive if possible
- PAL format
- 
on a DVD ROM (not a dvd player-ready DVD/Video’DVD)
 OR USB key.

Additional elements:

In addition to the full resolution file please provide :
- a low res QuickTime for previewing purposes.
- a selection of jpg stills at 300 dpi
- a short bio of the director
- a short 
film synopis (max 1 paragraph)

You must have a release for the music and the talent.

You must state whether or not you accept to have your film featured on all festival promotional materials (catalogue, website, DVD...)
